Digital Growth Officer

Job Duties

Deliver change to generate growth opportunities for incremental revenue.
Drive online sales growth through maximising traffic, conversions and ROI
Own and maintain the conversion plan, working collaboratively with stakeholders to execute
Inform and influence other teams to drive positive contribution across all channels.
Contribute to the wider testing roadmap
Assess the value and priority of tasks and ensure a value led approach is taken across the team
Take a customer centric approach and focus on email marketing, on-site performance
Develop and improve web analytics capability in conjunction with development teams
Development of the digital calendar and schedules
Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives

The successful Candidate will have:

Experience and understanding of digital marketing landscape
Previous digital marketing experience including acquisition, conversion and retention
Excellent Google Analytics knowledge & channel marketing analytics
Team management skills
Project management skills
Experience of development projects (requirements analysis, briefing & testing)
A knowledge and understanding of an e-commerce / digital P&L
Experience of budgeting, forecasting and reporting in an online business
Managing supplier and supporting tool contracts
Managing online content
Outstanding work planning and time management skills
Ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis
Solid grounding SEO principles

It would be great if you have experience of the following:

Google Tag Manager & Implementation
SEM or Paid Social

Chief Marketing Officer

Financially Fit is a renowned organization with its foundation in the United States of America. Your role will be to provide creative direction by driving our brand strategies to achieve growth into global markets. We are looking for a marketing and sales expert with measurable experience in digital marketing, who will be responsible for creating and implementing our marketing plan and owning our sales targets. As an ideal candidate, you should have a track record in running efficient marketing campaigns (including digital campaigns).

Job Duties

Outline marketing strategies
Manage and coordinate directors and departmental heads in company operations
Design, plan, execute and monitor/manage KPIs

As the chief marketing officer, your responsibilities will;

Setting digital marketing goals and objectives.
Plan, implement and manage digital marketing strategies.
Track KPIs on a regular basis and report.
Work with the digital marketing team and the sales and development team.
Review and manage content marketing strategy.
Attend marketing conferences and educational programs for the company.
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Education Requirements.

Masters/Degree in Marketing, Communications /Public relations or IT.

Experience Requirements

6+ years of previous marketing and communications experience
Previous experience in team leadership and management
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Web Trends, Salesforce etc.
E-commerce: experience in converting traffic to online sales
Experience with all social listening tools
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
Previous experience with product development
Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
